One of the biggest advantages of gaining experience is learning what works and also what just does not. By making mistakes, you become stronger and more skilled. The downside of mistakes is, of course, the consequences.

With simulations and serious games, you can do this differently. In a safe environment, you can feel the consequences of your decisions without the real-world repercussions. You safely gain experience.

For example, together with CRAFT Education, we are developing a digital training for BMO for the installation of expensive automation robots. Setting up such a machine has to go right, otherwise it can cost a lot of money. With a simulation, we prepare installers for the real work.
